Re: Did I feed the BEAST?

Your diet seems fairly good. Exceptions would be carrots, corn and apple cider vinegar. The use of ACV is controversial. Some say it feeds it others say it helps. I do not believe in its use. Carrots are very high in sugar...for a vegetable, and corn is a common allergy food, moldy food, and many times can be infected with aflatoxin...a toxin that is very dangerous. So those would be good to avoid. As far as diet, I would recommend NOT removing any protein or any of the standard grains. Buckwheat is known to be safe and I eat it everyday. It is important to keep a healthy body weight and starvation will get you no where except depelted even further and weaker which candida LOVES.

The vitamins you are taking sound good.

As far as your treatment, that is where you might be lacking. Regularity is important..very important, but 3 bm's a day might not work for you. Everyone's body is different. And trying to speed elimination that fast could , for some , could limit their time to absorb nutrients from food. IF you find that at your best you can have 1 or 2 bm's a day, that is good. I believe it is more a matter of how much you go ,not how frequently. Are you going enough? The amount that comes out should be roughly equivilent to what goes in. If you are going everyday but only a 6-8 inch bm , that is NOT enough. To go more you can try upping your dose of magnesium. However, if you bm starts to become loose or watery, you must cut back. I also find that each person is different here too. What makes me go everyday is lettuce, so I eat a salad everyday. If something works for you , then do that. It may be fiber, more water, roughage, taking a walk. Try different things to see what body needs to getting going, no pun intended, lol.

I am not sure about your current treatment protocol. Though it sound well thought out , seems to lack an antifungal, which is soooo critical. It is a good idea to Bowel Cleanse first to get things moving, but canddia is also dragged out by the bowel movements. So I would not wait to incorporate an antifungal. Myself, I have had much success with liquid caprylic acid. You put this into the p& b shake for the perfect delivery system. As the fiber bulks up the caprylic acid is forced into the bowel wall where candida hides. It might be that you are allergic to GSE. Not everything agrees with everyone.
