my dr. said 1,000 cal and the body will think you are starving it and hold on to the weight.........she said not less than 1,400--1,600 and crank up the exercise.

I of course, am also Liver Flushing which she doesn't agree with or understand but she is baffled at how someone at my weight can have such wonderful blood levels....and normal blood pressure

I do believe once the liver congestion is alleviated that my organs will function normally and I will lose weight ultimately as my body has begun to heal itself....for the first time in 3 years my labs are normal and as for my thyroid she lowered the dose to 120 from 180 which means it is going in the right direction as before the injectable fertility drugs I was on the lowest dose and only 130 lbs!!!

It's just a long slow process but I am so much better than I was 3 years ago when I was completely bedridden........I'm not 100% yet, but I am around 60-70% IMPROVED and I have FLUSHING and eating right and the folks at curezone and sensible health to thank for it all plus the love and support of the Best Hubby anyone could ever ask for. so i am blessed.
