Here is some help...

First you need to purify area and disinfect it...
Use H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) 3% and saturate area every 20 minutes or so until it doesnt bubble anymore.

Make sure and cut hair and shave around wounds so they can heal quickly without infection... larger cuts can be sewn together without pain killers if done quickly(within 30 minutes) ortherwise it might be wise to drug him out to do the stitches... (vets shot)
You can stitch with a large curved needle...

If this is not nessicary, than simply continue H2O2...
