Just try to make sure that your diet "fits" on all levels...health, first & foremost AND humanitarian. I'm not pro/con ANY diet (except SAD, processed foods, etc..) but I DO see people blindly following what they believe to be the "correct" diet because of idealogical/humanitarian reasons, even when the evidence that it is NOT good for their personal health is staring them in the face...personal health, first...without that, where are we? :)
