i have a comment. a person can change to fast because that how fast the results are when you go raw. seeing is beleiving and when it comes quick it hits you, "i found what i needed the whole time". i have only been raw 2 weeks but 4 years ago i started to go raw but then started back on my old ways and started drinking and smokeing. so far things are bright for me and i dont think i will be touching any animal products. no milk puss or anything. i do have a leather belt and clothing i use. but in time i will do away with it all. keep up the good work and share the information with who ever wants it. i keep it a secret in my life and dont tell anyone. 4 years ago when i was trying to get my family to eat right "raw", they looked at me like i was a hard core extreemist. so now i keep my peace of mind to myself and watch them be forgetfull, sick, enxious, nervous, happy, sad, full, starving,thursty, and the list goes on and on. my old man is on 4 prescription meds and a breathing apparatus for sleep apnia and i just watch him down his coffee and beers. it botherd me when i was 17-18 im 22 and now and i realize everyone gets up in the morning with choices just like me. i say that just incase you live with some of these people.
