too much bloating/bleching and abdominal gas???

Hi everybody,
It is now 5 months that I'm using OP. Since 3 weeks ago, I'm experiencing a lot of abdominal gas, bloating. I don't know why because I haven't changed anything into my diet. I'm suspecting this is an OP-side effect, has anyone experienced the same problem?? it is really becoming a problem because I cannot sleep, eat, of have a normal daily life because of that.
Please, your help is most welcome.
