Hi everybody,
It is now 5 months that I'm using OP. Since 3 weeks ago, I'm experiencing a lot of abdominal gas, bloating. I don't know why because I haven't changed anything into my diet. I'm suspecting this is an OP-side effect, has anyone experienced the same problem?? it is really becoming a problem because I cannot sleep, eat, of have a normal daily life because of that.

I wonder how after 5 months, you have determined OP has been the cause of your bloating? After over 5 months, I was not having any reactions to OP anymore at all, that is, not until I changed oils...
Have you changed oils? Length of time OPing, number of times, anything?
We all know our bodies best, so who knows. Perhaps you should stop for a couple of weeks and see if your problem goes away?
Or maybe you can change your oil?

I haven't changed oils until 3 days ago to see if it will have any effect, but no positive effect. I haven't changed the length of OPing or the nr of times.
I really it still a very awfull surprise from OPing.
Please, if there is somebody who has the same experience, your reply is most welcome.

MoreThis is a reply to # 750,358It sounds like the oil you changed to might be causing some sort of allergic reaction. GO back to the original oil you were using up until three days ago, when, if I read correctly, your extreme bloating issue began.

This is a reply to # 750,358i've been OPing for about a month now, and the last coupla weeks i've been noticing that i have a little gas in the evening... right now it's nothing too uncomfortable...
is it how your problem began? with a little gas in the evening...?
if this continues i was planning to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (salt water flush) a coupla times to see if it would help...
did you try any colon cleansing?
