Day 5 has arrived, and today is the first day I woke up and actually thought that I can do this!! My headache has completely gone and I feel slightly more energised :)
I weighed in this morning and the stats are below:
Starting weight at Day 1: 162 pounds
Day 2: 159 pounds
Day 3: 157 pounds
Day 4: 157 pounds
Day 5: 156 pounds
Weight loss for yesterday is 1 pound, so in 5 days I've lost 6 pounds which is pretty cool :)
I cheated a bit yesterday and ate an apple, but I don't think that's anything to beat myself up about....I'm just going to carry on like normal. I think the weekend is going to be hard because at work its so busy it keeps me from thinking about food! Today I'm going to the gym and will try and work out a sweat......
