full dose of paragone for a 120 pounder safe?and what to eat

|It says in the pamphlet that if under 150 pounds one should perhaps take a half dosage...has anyone done this?
|I'd like to know if anyone less than 150 pounds did the full dose with sucess
|Im guessing the worst that could happen is severe die off? |I've had die off before so |I believe i could manage....trial and error I guess. perhaps i'll start a full dose on the 4th day or so

also, can anyone point me to a link that says what foods feed parasites and what foods starve the parasites?if im going to do this im going to do it right
