No problem!! I just knew I didn't have leaky gut because I stopped having symptoms after alkalining myself (and I'm still working on that - it can take up to 2 years depending on how bad you are, and I was BAD lol), and I cleansed my liver, kidneys and bowels and did a
parasite cleanse.
Take some herbs to cleanse your organs if flushes scare you (I never did a flush). Herbs work fine, you might want to talk to a herbalist to see if they can give you a custom perscription :) In the meantime, do a
parasite cleanse and clean your bowels out by taking physlium husk fibre. Lots of raw veggies, raw fruits, and raw fats will alkaline you (raw oils, raw nuts, and raw nut butters - don't cook with fats unless it's coconut oil). Meat, dairy, beans and grains are all acidic, so stay away from them. Lentils and chickpeas are okay a few times a week if you want some extra protein (they're only slightly acidic), and you can eat raw hemp (either in protein powder form made into a shake, or as seeds) as often as you like because it's alkaline.
If you have
parasites or candida, they might be making you have leaky gut symptoms. Along with your cleane you might want to take a good probiotic 3 times a day to help re-establish good bacteria in your gut :)
It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the info out there.. I know I do!! Just take it one step at a time. Alkaline your body, cleanse your organs and eat raw as much as possible, and see how you feel!! Doing that may just rectify most or all of your problems. If you're still feeling unwell afterwards, take it from there. Don't give up!!
