There are no contraindications for MSM.

There are 3 suppliments that some people take for anxiety, these are L-Tyrosine, Gaba and L-Phenylalanine. The L-Phenylalanine having an almost immediate effect within a few minutes as far as calming the anxiety attacts.

MSM is more effective for skin and joint pains.

As for radiation poison, seaweed and kelp will solve that because it is rich in iodine. Iodine is used for every nuclear radiation disaster.

The Cilantro herb is the most effective metal detox (especially mercury), try making a cilantro paeto for salads :) yummy!

For Candida, Take 3 to 5 drops of lavender oil mixed with a half or one teaspoonful of honey three times a day.
A little about lavender oil besides being a good digestion aid.
Lavender oil is effective against 28 oropharyngeal (thrush) strains and 22 vaginal strains of Candida albicans,
It has both fungistatic and fungicidal activity against C. albicans strains and reduces fungal progression and the spread of infection in host tissues.

I suggest taking 12 drops of Oregon Grape Root Tincture 3 times a day for the acne.

Also for the acne, mix 1 part flowers of sulfur powder to 9 parts of aloe gel and apply to effected areas.
You need to mix in a blender or with a mixer to make an even consistency.
Flowers of Sulfur powder is also called precipitated sulfur, milk of sulfur or sublimed sulfur.
