I still have the red spots on my arms, also, though they too have greatly diminished. I just thought that because this had been a condition of over 20 years, it would take a while for the skin to clear completely. I think it is like scarring and will be replaced by fresh skin eventually. I'll let you know if and when that happens.

I never knew this skin condition had a name; I never went to a doctor about it. It seemed like a cosmetic issue, not a medical one, to me.

BTW, I found the web pages about OP, this site included, when I was doing online research to learn more about ayurvedic warm oil massage, which I learned about this year on a TV program. One link led to another, and here I am. I love the internet! Tweet
