How to take Oregarno Oil?
Hi Gang, I have ordered some pure Oregarno Oil and will alternate it with the Calendula Tincture and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract that I am curently taking to kill candida. The UK supplier says that it will burn the digestive tract if it is not considerably diluted with a bland carrier oil [Olive oil]Would anyone that has experience of using pure Oregarno oil be kind enough to post their method.
