North American Herb and Spice company already has theirs encapsulated with olive oil. I have never seen it sold they way you mention. Geez, be careful! Maybe someone here has taken it in that form and can respond.

I buy empty vegetarian gel caps and put my pure oil drops in there, and swallow one down with lots of water. I started out with one drop per cap and am up to 3. You can take the caps one per hour or so to divy the dose up through your day. I have tried making the caps up all at once but the oil is hot enough to make the caps mushy so save yourself that trouble. I also use the oil on my toothpaste and brush with it, just one drop, and it is warm but in no time you will be used to it. Others put a drop in their oil for oil-pulling. I happen to have enough of it to add 3-5 drops to my bath water since I like to go barefoot a lot and if any critters are trying to burrow into my feet, the Oregano Oil will nab them.

Some brave souls just mix it with water and drink it down. One drop per gallon is the standard but others add a few drops to one glass of water and swig it down with no problem.
