Ya, emotions can really get to ya. But I finhd that it always helps to go watch a funny mocie or just get out of the house, or read a good motivationg book to renew your positive energies.
taking a soothing bath is also helpful. Warm tea is nice as well.
YOu want to get those positive energies up. Even thinking about good times, or using positive words is helpful.
