I have personally found that a combination of both has worked for me. Cleanses, colon/ parasite and liver, as well as eradicating candida, excellent diet, exercising and taking good vitamins. This has helped me immensely and think that they would go hand in hand. If you had a candida problem then your organs have probably been clogged up, especially your liver and colon. If they were clogged up you probably got some parasites as well as bacteria clogged up in there as well...as far as your colon, well, it's probably not good. I would suggest doing a colon/ parasite cleanse...such as Dr. Natura and then proceeding with liver flushes. Don't do the flushes with out the colon cleanse. Or you can get a colonic done. That would be the faster way. Get them done until the specialist tells you that your colon is healthy. Then do the liver flushes. If you do Liver Flushes w/o Colon Cleanse you could have very bad breakouts since the toxins leaving your liver will not have an easy route out of the body and will get clogged in your colon only to be readmitted back into your body, your organs and out your skin resulting in acne.
