Just Don't Look In the Toilet!!!

Started yesterday, only took one dose in the morning. This morning I had a BM and there was something else down there off to the side by itself. Thankfully my contacts were foggy enough that I could pretend it was maybe hair from a brush or comb I cleaned. But I swear it was this circle thing, black and white striped, almost the circumference of a doughnut but not nearly as thick. If that's what's going to be coming out, I'm MOST DEFINITELY flushing before I get up. I've always been petrified of bugs and could never even look in dinosaur books we had as kids. This is so gross. But, if anything, it solidified my resolve to do this thing right!
