Be careful when flushing the toilet. 2 things to keep in mind. Always close the lid & never flush while sitting! If you don't, you are unwisely reinfecting yourself, family members and all things lying around in the bathroom, like your toothbrush.

Last year, I saw a show called American Inventors. One guy and his girlfriend had designed a bacteria free toilet lid and to prevent water splash. They had shown several infered photo shots of what happens to a household toliet when flushed. When the lid was up, water sprayed up into the air by several feet and all over the walls. I always knew there was some water that came up, but this was pretty volatile and impressive.

I was absolutely horrified. I knew about keeping the lid down and always do. I had no idea, so much spray came out of the sides. After seeing that I was a bit paranoid and got some more bleach tablets for the toilet.

I also thought about public toilets where the flushing is much harsher. After seeing what I saw, I'm certain that a large amount of mirco-toilet water is all over a person after they flush one of those toilets, especially those who flush while sitting. This means whatever is dumped in it ( parasite eggs and all) is all over you without your knowledge. Those who like to flush while sitting are walking around with that stuff in their pants, all day long. Creepy!

I went into someone's house recently and saw that they had always flushed with the toilet seat up and their toothbrush was next to it. This person had told me that they are always sick, and especially cough or choke whenever they try to sleep. Naturally, I suspected parasites.

Toilets can make people very sick, when people aren't careful.

When those people come out with their invention, I plan on buying a lid because this will cutdown on all kinds of sickness.
