Accutane and cleansing

Is it okay to take accutane and start a liver/colon/candida/ kidney cleanse at the same time. I've already decided to take accutane, so please do not attempt to convince me not to. But, I'm also interested in the cleanse. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. Please forgive me if my tone is offensive in any way, because I certainly don't mean it to be. Thank you
