Day 2 of my Oxypowder Cleanse

Hi folks :-)

I took 6 capsules with water last night, and had a much larger liquid bowel movement this morning. It was fowl smelling also, and I noticed something that looked like a giant corn hull floating in the toilet. It was larger than a corn-- and I feel it may be parasite related.- like an egg case, or something.

Last night , while brushing my teeth, I also coughed up something like that and spit it out in the sink . I hadnt' been eating any popcorn, so not sure what it was. Anyway, it was much larger than a popcorn hull.

I am taking tinctures of Black-Walnut , Wormwood and Clove Oil morning and night as I take the Oxypowder --.

My stomach is actually much flatter this morning on Day 2! I also feel really energized this morning and lighter inside. When they say that it brings oxygen in your body- they are not lying. I felt pleasantly clean and fresh inside all day-- as though I had just finished a hike in the Woods. On their website, they said the oxygen effect lasts 18 hours each day.

I swear my lungs even feel like they have more oxygen- but I dont know how Oxypowder could affect the lungs since you dont breath in the capsules..lol.!

I didnt have 3-5 bowel movements, but very large liquid ones in the morning.

Last night I had a mild headache and felt extreemly tired starting around 5:30 pm.
I wasnt taking in enough fluids as I should have-- and I read on the Oxypowder site that mild headaches and fatigue are cleansing symptoms as toxins get dislodged-- and drinking plenty of fluids flushes the toxins out into the urine.

I did experience lots more healthy energy than usual yesterday morning as I do feel right now. This inspired me to cut the grass in our entire lawn in 2 hours yesterday with a push lawn mower.-- (we have a large lawn with plenty of hills)

I didnt drink enough liquids after that--which is why I think I got the cleansing symptoms (tiredness, headache) later in the day.

The headache actually went away quickly after I downed a large glass of distilled water and some natural lemon-aide.
