Better this round

OK I am on day three of renewed colon and parasite cleanse. I am up to 3 P&B shakes and am regular with them. I upped my fluids and take pumpkinseed oil and the helps.
I did pass a dead worm about 4" long (ick). It feel different. i feels like its going to the creases now and not just all the bacteria I had before. I amnot getting the diahreaa I had before. I still taking the parasite herbs but not seeing them at this time.

I am seeing this is a process and I must continue even if i have to take a break. I am committed to getting rid of this crap.
