Have you tried using those detox footpads? I had my older son on those and by night ten his skin had cleared up. I am using them on the younger one now, man he is getting out all kinds of goop, it is pretty gross. There are some decent priced ones on http://www.healthmarvels.net. I like the gold ones best but if they have copper that is what I am using on my younger and they pull out tons of gunk. Also try oil pulling - cheap and great detox!
