Just a few questions about your reply to #48399 about how she threw up after her first colonic.

1. do you do colonics? would you do them during or after an internal cleansing program?

2. I'm doing the World's Best Internal Cleanser Program that kills parasites, cleans the colon, and detoxifies the other organs...what have you heard about this 60-day program? (www.allnaturalcleanse.com) and what's your " parasite purge", that is, what program do you prefer?

3. You advise staying away from iceberg lettuce...is that a name brand or a type of lettuce? I eat organic lettuce sometimes but am now hesitant as you say they are a popular hangout for parasites

4. you use hydrogen peroxide and vinegar/lemon to clean fruits and veggies...I want to keep it simple. Can I just use vinegar to clean all my fresh food?
