7 days but no weight loss

Hi everyone,

I started the Master-Cleanse last Thurs 9/21/06 and today I weighed myself and I have not lost any weight, I'm doing everything that I should be doing and pilates too. I'm 20lbs overweight, I did the Master-Cleanse 5 yrs ago after my 2 child and successfully lost the 30lbs that I'd gained during pregnancy and now 3 yrs after having my 3rd child I just cannot seem to shed the extra 20lbs so I decided to do the cleanse to jump start my healthier eating lifestyle that I need to go back to, but now I feel so discouraged that I haven't lost any weight.
Any suggestions on what I might need to do.
