I discovered Elderberry Tea-- Yumm!!!

Just got a box of Alvita Elderberry Tea . The ingredients are Ederberry fruit .

Wow, it steeps to a nice purple color, and has such a pleasant taste!

If you use some Stevia, it makes for a nice dessert tea :-)

Elderberry is used in holistic cough syrups because it has anti-viral, anti bacterial properties and is rich in vitamin C.

I dont see this tea sold anywhere, but had to get it in the herb teas section in our healthfood store. Alvita brand makes pure herb teas, "good for you and the Environment".
