Re: sea salt causes me dry skin-why?

Salt draws the water out of your body. So the 'dryness less plump is because of the moiture loss. THis is why you need to increase liquids because the salt draw things out by water so toxins leave as well. DRINK MORE WATER. But alos increase your natural intake of vegetable oil, or omega 3 oils. this is a natural way to have "good moisture enter your body" and your body needs the this moisture for cellular cleansing.

Actually the PLUMP look is not attractive - it is just common becuase of our society these days. the plump look is fatty deposits, and fat deposits almost always house toixs the body cant cope with - so get used to a more angular you, and get the natural moisture.

You may also use salt outside your body espeically in a suana to increase the rate you are sweating and hopefully all sweat brings 'bad stuff' out of the body.
