My dog is retarded I think....he was like this when we got him when he was ten weeks old, and has only grown worse. He is scared of everything. Impossible to walk him. He yanks the leash, and it whacks out my back. He is not a big dog, but he is very strong. He would be a good sled dog, as far as ability to pull ! He does not like other dogs at all, very scared of any of them. He loves cats !! When we took my rat to the vet last week, the dog was pulling on the leash to get in there faster. He knows there are two cats in there to visit with.

Your storm prediction is happening now. It is thundering and lightening....raining hard. The power has been knocked out three times so far, just one hour or so into this storm. The dog is freaked out totally...hiding behind the couch.
