Thanks Invincible. I got the premade inserts; if they dont work he wants me to get the custom ones. I hate them. I had already decided I wasnt going back to him. I like to wear sandals and inserts dont work with them.

I am going to look into tai chi in my area, i am sure there are several places i could go.
