Thanks. I have the Nourishing Traditions book, which is great. I've already been soaking/sprouting my rice. For some reason, I thought you had to do a little somethin' extra to get it to be GABA rice!

I haven't tried soaking with oatmeal. When the weather gets cool again I'll probably start eating oatmeal again, maybe I'll try it. Although, for me oatmeal is kindof a "quick meal" or "snack food" when I either don't have much time or don't have anything else in the house. I'll eat it for lunch or dinner when I'm in a rush. Stir in some coconut oil, top it with my fermented kimchi, it's a quick and healthy and TASTY meal! Yummmmmmmmm......
