Re: Has anyone tried RE Bars or any other good bars?
I had my husband read your post, but he has his mind set on the surgery. He's not really into alternative or natural treatments. I have seen a Japanese "mansion"; it was about as big as my living room and dining room combined.
I grew up in PA as well. We lived in Philadelphia and my parents and one of my sisters currently live in the suburbs of Philly.
If you are looking for a new friend, maybe we can go out for tea/juice some morning. Have you ever been to the juice bar on the ground floor of More City? It is next to the Afternoon Tea store. They have fresh Kale juice there. I was only there once and got the flavor mixed with grapefruit juice and thought it was really good. I don't know any other really healthy people here (I had gone with a Japanese friend and she didn't like the juice at all), so I haven't been back.
I am currently listening to the Pimsleur Japanese program. I am only on lesson 13 (each lesson is 30 minutes). I am trying to do one lesson each day that my kids arein school. I have learned some useful phrases. I also have some workbooks and intend to start learning hiragana/katagana as well (the ones from the 100 Yen store are the best).
In any case, I understand if you don't e-mail me; it's difficult to know what people may be crazy on the internet. It was good chatting with someone here.
Tina.
