Re: Has anyone tried RE Bars or any other good bars?

I also am in Yokosuka. We have lived on base for 2 1/2 years, and before that out in town for 1 year. I love living on base. I was born in Monterey, CA and grew up in PA. Since 1984 we have lived in Hawaii. My husband is hoping to retire in the next year or so, he's hoping for an early out.

I studied Japanese for two years. I was learning to read and write. What a hard language. I finally gave up; but what I learned has helped me navigate Japan tremendously.

Your husband might want to check out the Rolfer that advertises in the Seahalk. He is pricey, but he has helped me tremendously. I always prefer to do things holistically and let the body heal itself. I would never consent to surgery. The Rolfer's office is in Tokyo somewhere, but he and his wife graciously let me come to their "mansion" (very tiny) for treatments. I and my daughter just got one yesterday. I am currently on the Master-Cleanse and it really helps detoxing. Anyways, he has a table there, because on the weekends he travels somewhere and has more clients in that town and he takes his table with him. He works 7 days a week (as most Japanese do).

Aloha, Kathy
