I was just doing some "spleen" research and came across your details and website and was impressed enough by the integrity I felt conveyed, to be in the process of printing you "e" book on liver cleansing etc -
I live in Switzerland, and, as you probably know, it is hard to find a lot of the supplements etc. one takes for granted in the US (I used to live in CA and AZ) - I am going to attempt to find "epsom salts" tomorrow...I live in Lausanne...
...and will do a cleanse..
I have noticed two deep vertical lines between my eyebrows in the last few months...I consider myself very healthy...have cleansed a lot in the last 5 years, watch my diet, exercise, etc - but am probably overdoing the wine here...I love it...but...need to cut it out I think...my left ankle has also been swelling up this summer....
Many thanks for your information and research...it is very helpful..and if you can think of the word for epsom salts in french.....before I start researching that, it will be helpful...
also...I have had a (left) kidney infection...10 years ago, and have done relatively recent kidney cleanses.......can I go straight into the liver /GB cleanse, or...do you really advise the kidney cleanse before...I plan to do a colonic and then straight into the liver flush after 6 days as you describe...I know i need it....I am young...just turned 40!!
