Re: what about every body is different
We are all different... this is very much evident today with so much of the population in migrant status a phenomenon most evident in the last few hundred years. In the distant past most individuals would be born and live out their lives in an area that rarely went beyond a few hundred miles. Sure there were explorers and warriors, but these people were exceptions not the rule.
This brings us to microevolution, or the ability of our bodies to adapt over generations to a given environment. Take the Eskimos in the north and the Amazon Natives in South America, two very different peoples with two very different diets, but both have their dietary needs met IF they eat a traditional diet of their ancestors.
Put either one of these peoples in the others diet for long and they would most likely get ill and some would most likely die (the weaker and older\younger ones) their bodies being unable to extract the needed energies from the given foods in an efficient manner. WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME AND WE CAN NOT ALL EAT THE SAME AND BE HEALTHY.
It is not new... It makes sense. Hippocrates knew this when he stated that one mans food is another mans poison.
In fact, that is one of the many reasons modern medicine is failing so dismally... they have created and banked a one size fits all for prescribing drugs or treatments and it does not work as tens of thousands die from “legal” drugs every year (and they try to scare us away from eating organic spinach)... it is why public schools fail, they have a one size fits all method of teaching... I could go on BUT the bottom line is WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME.
Find YOUR healthy food and be content with it no matter what anyone else has to say about it being bad for you... you know better.
Rant over...
