Katie, did you read my reply to you in "Ask Curezone"? You really need to read the link of Uniquity's!
&yeah, everybody is different! I've been(mostly) eating raw this summer, it's VERY cleansing...however, we live in a snow zone(YAY! SKIING!)...
My focus now is to incorporate MORE raw food in the coming winter months, not to stay raw...
Mmmmm...butternut sqash....
I think I could eat a raw diet in the tropics.
