I used to have the chiro adjust my ankles and feet every visit. And the knees. There really was nothing much for him to adjust this last time.
That is interesting about the ovaries being connected to the ankle -- I certainly have noticed a big change in my hormones since pulling, maybe that is really where the foot pain was coming from in the first place. Getting rid of the excess estrogen has relieved foot pain? Could be!
My original theory was that excess fluids surround hurt tissue and that the pulling was simply helping the blood flow and pulling the toxins and excess fluid away from the tissue so it could heal quicker. It certainly does seem to help after exercising - I never experience the kind of soreness I normally did after overdoing it. This is very exciting because now I can add things to my routine without fear of paying for it!
