Day One: Oil was thick but turned thin right away. I continued to swish for 15 minutes anyway. The color did not turn completely white, but it was not nearly the yellow it started out being. I brushed my teeth with aluminum free baking powder, sea salt and peroxide. My mouth and teeth didn't feel clean. I brushed them a second time. Before long I noticed a "pulling" sensation inside my body. Kind of like anxiety is the only way I can describe it. The feeling stayed with me most of the day. I went for a walk despite feeling very tired. Came home and fell asleep on the couch. (Unusual for me). Sneezed a few times and am congested like I used to be nine months ago prior to OP. I went around spitting like a guy, gross!
Day 2: Oil pulled first thing for 15 minutes, brushed as usual. The taste didn't stay with me like it did yesterday, thank goodness! The oil did not thin out immediately. I wonder if it had anything to do with being the 2nd long pull in one day (yesterday). Seems like the opposite would have happened. My teeth are whiter. They look and feel really good. I thought they were great with the Sesame oil, but they really are noticeably cleaner and whiter. The annoying pain on the top of my foot is more pronounced and has moved to the bottom of my foot and around my little toe. Very strange! I'm not as congested today, so far, but it's only 10am.
