You poor thing!!! Sounds like you are having a rough morning! If you don't have anything to do, take a detox bath to help get those toxins out faster (and to warm you up)!
It sounds like you may have steeped the tea too long last night if you were having cramps and cold sweats last night. Try steeping it for less time.
Drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out!!
The book says that you can reduce the maple syrup to 1 Tbsp for weight loss purposes. I like the taste better with only 1 Tbsp, but I really don't need to lose the weight. So, when the mood strikes me, I'll only add 1 Tbsp and then if I feel like I need the other one, I'll slurp it off of a spoon later.
Try to sleep and relax if you can! This horrible day will pass!!
