I cannot, BUT although it may be in the Almond there may also be an unidentified antagonistic factor that cancels out the inhibitors effect.

Even if it does not, maybe your body does. I think the human body can use what it needs in a food IF it has what it needs to perform the extraction; correct acid\alkaline conditions enzymes, etc.

In the body EVERYTHING has a protagonistic and antagonistic balance, I cannot help but think the same is true for all things.
