I have had this too. It is probably Seborrheic Dermatitis . I have gotten it to go away after taking anti-fungal medication. I am still trying to find a cure for it, because it always seems to come back after a while. You can talk to your general doctor, but he will probably tell you to try using Head & Shoulders, or Selsun Blue, or some other over the counter shampoo first, and they usually do help, so you might want to try that.
