Re: AVC bad for kidneys? and kelp granule question

Hi Lhyz,

The Liver and Kidneys must have Magnesium in order for them to function properly !

This may be accomplished by taking a small pinch of Epsom salt with each meal !

The kidneys then must have enough water to help them flush the Toxins out of the body, so you need to drink enough water, and you may do this by "STOP" drinking soda pop and replace it with water !

The ACV or the Lemon juice may work, but it may be better to alternate the two and use Lemon juice when you are able to get good Quality Lemons and ACV when you can not get good Lemons !

Mrs Wages pickling lime is the correct product which you use to make the Stock solution of Lime water with !

You may try the kelp you have gotten, but you may find that "IF" you can find Kelp in Powder form that it may work much Better !

I take my Kelp powder and pour several Tablespoonful into a tea cup and add Lime water to make it all damp and then add some Blackstrap Molasses to this and then I have this in the Kitchen at the counter so that when I have a drink, then I just take a Tablespoonful of this mix and drink it down along with my drink !

This way it is damp and does not choke me from being in a powder form yet, but it is now a wet mush !

Smile Tis your choice.
