AVC bad for kidneys? and kelp granule question

|I read somewhere on the site that A|VC was not good for kidneys if you suspect you may have any toxicity in them. can someone enlighten me if nthats true|? |I havent cleansed anything yet |(want to be sure to be alkaline first|!|) and don't want to take a chance. should I| replace it with the lemon|?
also, |I finally found me some pickeling lime from ms wages. this is the stuff you mix in a gallon of distilled, yes|?
one last question|! |In looking for kelp |I bought kelp granules from |Now brand
anyone know anything about these|? the ingredients are 535 mcg of iodine|(kelp|) and a small bit of sodium and potassium |(less than 1 percent|) per each 1/4 of a teaspoon
because |I am using a different form, |I am unsure of how much |I should be adding to my mixture. can someone help|?
