peppermint is bad for you if you have reflux. Alcohol, tea, coffee, chocolate and mints are all relaxants and will give you more reflux.
The sphincter at the end of your esophagus relaxes and things back up.

I know I have been suffering from eflux for a long time. Try ACV drink and see how it helps you. You may search for the recipe here at curezone. OR 1 teaspoon of ACV in one
glass of water half hour before meals will help.
I am startinmg mine today.

I would say continue with acidophilus.
