acidophilous side effect? help!

I took my first acidophilus dose last night and after about 30 minutes felt strange stomach sensations to the point of slight nervousness but eventually fell asleep

this morning I took a dose and this time as I was fully awake had anxiety from the sensations! I know its normal to have some stomach irritation when first starting it, but has anyone else had this happen? how long does it take to stop? Im afraid to take it again

also, is it good for constipation? I've had acid reflux for a few days and thus am not going as much as I need to. im drinking a lot of water now so I think thats helped a pinch as Im going a bit in the mornings (but not much)

i don't know how to put this without sounding weird, but I also could kind of feel the sensations in my colon for a bit? like I needed to go to the bathroom but I couldn't. like a tickling or something. is this normal as well? I think I may just be nervous about something new but I'd like to hear some experiences

Im also taking aloe vera juice with peppermint and chamomile as well as DGL and sometimes acid ease. these can all be taken together I believe?

anyways, Im going to post this on a couple other boards also, as it pertains a few things that could be adressed. I'd just really like some reassurance!
