hey. ive recently began wai lanas yoga which is awesome however i was wondering what i need to correct to get my neck back into it's normal position right now it's a little past the shoulders which isn't good
the way my back is it's a little humpy in the upper area then going down my lower back curls inwards quite deeply. so i think basically an s shape. im 19 years old and would love to know if i can do anything about this. thankyou
