Up-date on [clonazepam experiment
Many disturbing things being witnessed under the 'scope. The
parasites are developing thicker cell-membranes, are re-producing at 8 oocyts per female[?] cell[have not established frequency] interacting with larger protozoan, and possibly counter-attacking CT cells. I will establish soon, if monocytes are weakening on their effectivness.
I have reduced dosage, as described in earlier post. This has resulted in stark increase of symptoms which were dropping off when I was increasing dose.
This is all very, very unscientific I will admit. But I am studying the effects of immunomodulatory agents, and regulator ligands that express their influence on th1 and th2 differentiation. And this drug has significant interaction with g-protein receptors which carry very important messages to immune-cells.
I think it is a crude and dangerous use of this drug, but there is a distinct quantatative curve happening here.
I am researching the effects of aryl hydrocarbon receptor; a Japanese research clinic has scientifically established it's relevance in balancing th1/th2 response mechanism. They use a molecule, which can activate dramatic stabilization action. It favors Th1, which is what is interests me.
In murine studies, certain immune activators were used on conditioned mice [which were given test molecules], but had their Ahr neutralized. Results: had significant increases in IgE, and other elevated allergy-response mechanisms. The wild-type mice, also given the test molecule showed rapid adjustments in Th1 and Th2, thus responding to antigens with an effecacy which has excited these researchers.
Bottom-line Aryl Hydrocabon Receptor could be the "Holy Grail" of system wide inter-cellular signalling for immune-restoration.
This means a drug, using this molecule could be a super cure for many diseases, esp. parasites.
Now, ....how do you build these molecules? There are nano-biotech companies which can purify and create molecules to spec.
Anyway, the battle with these types of parasitic infections, is going to get rough.
I will be picking-up my mega-microscope this week [I hope]. I will publish pictures, and test demos. I might even be able to show digital video footage.
