I agree with you completly I have read frome the fondation.My point was the masses dont eat that way.I have no issue with meat consumption,Its the meat of mass consumption that is behind obesity.The calories in red meat are very high.The reason the cancer institute recomends getting 5 servings of fruit and vegies is to counterbalance meat/animal consumption.Sustained agriculture is a great way to work the land.But the comparison of today to the 20s/30s is not logical.And wildcrafted meat is far superior to man raised meat.With that being said the article is proving a point with tainted data.Stacking the deck you might say.And thanks for the frointer kelp info.Got my 5lb.order in yesterday.Very fine powder mixes and drinks well.Live long and be healthy!!
