I try to follow Ayurveda and
Andreas Moritz , but I am not a vegetarian, though Andreas is. Other books about Ayurveda say that I can eat certain meats as a pitta, though I don't eat as much as I used before. I also do food combining, so I never eat protein with carbohydrates.
I just read about Metabolic body typing (they mention 2 types)on
http://www.euroamericanhealth.com and found out since I always have high triglycerides it is not good for me to eat too many carbohydrates, though on a pitta diet I did. This website also believes in Ayurveda, but sometimes you even have to make adjustments when you have other symptoms. Someone on the cholesterol forum had told me the same thing about the high triglycerides, she had the same problem and figured as a pitta I probably ate too many fruits and carbohydrates.
You have to keep reading and learning and try to figure out what is best for yourself.
Andreas has saved my life, but now I move on to expanding to other improvements, he got me on the way to better health.
It just takes time like several years if you have a lot of problems.
As far as the Nexus links it is just another view, like there are so many around, so you make up your own mind what you want to do.
