I have not tried either of these personally, but...

Old posts suggest not doing a parasite cleanse while doing the Master-Cleanse because the die-off and the detoxing could really send you into a bad healing crisis.

Old posts also recommend not doing the Master-Cleanse while you have candida because they will get the first shot at the maple syrup. And since you are getting no other nutrition, you shouldn't let them have it. Get your candida under control and then do the MC.
