Re: no worms -- Keep at it and don't give up!
Hi There!
I would like to share some information with you. Since you just started, please keep at it. The fact that you've seen pinworms and possibly baby tape or
Ascaris are good signs. Remember this, the weakest die off first!
One of the most interesting things that I've found in doing this for little more than a year is that, a few "scarificial"
parasites are pushed out of the nest. This is to fool you into believing that there are no more in your system and to leave them alone. In doing this, the critters will also lie quietly hoping that you won't discover that they are still there! There were times that I thought perhaps I was "cured" but something deep inside me decided to keep at it, and I'm glad that I didn't settle. I even checked in with my body (you know the silent internal check list when you fall to see if you've broken anything), and I felt that there was still a problem. Each time that I pushed the limit, there was always more!
If you have a chance, please read Rygar's story (I believe it is on R reading list). It is one of the best stories on this forum. Here's a synopsis and context of this story. For about 8 months, Rygar was on this forum claiming that he didn't believe that he had a problem and felt "clean". One of Rygar's biggest weaknesses was eating rare meats. Even though Rygar was claiming that he didn't have a problem, he instinctively keep at the cleanse. Sure enough, one day, Rygar posted a surprising story about releasing a huge amount of parasites. It took him about 8 months to root them out of his system.
So again, keep at it and don't give up. Follow your instincts because your body will never lie to you that there is a problem.
Best of luck,
Rabbitears
