Re: why is bread bad?

jasper jonns, you said "There's a world of difference between a mature wheat plant and wheat grass, as I'm sure you know". Guess what. I DON'T KNOW. So why don't you tell us all. You said that you can think of a million reasons why bread is bad for us but you failed to give us just one of your reasons. You keep saying that we know and putting words in our mouths. If you don't know the answer, then don't say that we already know. Because if I did know, then I would not be on here asking the question. I already got good examples from two other posters, but you keep telling me that there are millions of reasons and I know them all.

Also, there is nothing wrong with chewing on raw wheat pulled fresh out of the ground. Not sure why you think it is bad for you. You started speaking about soybeans, but my question has nothing to do with soybeans, my question had to do with bread, not soybeans. Please re-read my question once again.
